If a new e-visa application made through us is refused, you get your full payment back, government fee included. For a speed-up, we refund our service fee.

If the Vietnamese authorities refuse a new e-visa application made through us, we refund 100% of what you paid, including the government fee.
Speed-up of an application you submitted yourself
If an application you submitted on evisa.gov.vn is refused after you ordered a speed-up, we refund our service fee. The government fee is not refunded, because you paid it to the government when you applied.
About approval
No private service can promise that an e-visa will be approved. The decision is made by the Vietnamese authorities. What you choose with us is the processing time.
